Odzyskanie przez Polskę niepodległości i początki Drugiej Rzeczpospolitej

Odzyskanie niepodległości po stu dwudziestu trzech latach zniewolenia było możliwe dzięki korzystnej sytuacji międzynarodowej oraz wysiłkom samych Polaków. Niepodległość jednak nie oznaczała, że granice zostały ustalone. Polacy musieli walczyć o nie, wykorzystując zarówno umiejętności dyplomatyczne, jak i siły zbrojne. Walka ta nie dotyczyła jednak tylko granic, ale także wielu spraw wewnętrznych; była absolutną koniecznością, biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że państwo polskie do 2018 roku znajdowało się w trzech różnych organizmach państwowych. Pomimo licznych trudności, ostateczne wyniki były pozytywne, co niewątpliwie pozwoliło Polakom na pielęgnowanie nadziei na lepsze jutro.

Regaining independence for Poland and the beginnings of the Second Republic of Poland

Independence regained after one hundred and twenty-three years of enslavement was possible thanks to the international situation favourable to Poland and the efforts made by the Poles themselves. Independence, nevertheless, did not mean that the borders were established. And the Poles had to fight for them using both diplomatic skills and armed forces. The struggle, however, did not concern only the borders but also a number of internal affairs; and it was an absolute necessity when taking into account that fact that the Polish state had been (until 2018) included in three different state organisms. Despite numerous difficulties, the final results were positive, which undoubtedly allowed the Poles to foster hope for a better ‘tomorrow’.

La reconquête de l’indépendance pour la Pologne et les débuts de la Deuxième République de Pologne

L’indépendance retrouvée après cent vingt-trois ans d’asservissement a été possible grâce à une situation internationale favorable à la Pologne et aux efforts déployés par les Polonais eux-mêmes. Néanmoins, l’indépendance ne signifiait pas que les frontières étaient établies. Les Polonais devaient se battre pour elles en utilisant à la fois des compétences diplomatiques et des forces armées. La lutte ne concernait cependant pas seulement les frontières, mais aussi de nombreuses affaires internes; et c’était une nécessité absolue, compte tenu du fait que l’État polonais avait été (jusqu’en 2018) inclus dans trois organismes étatiques différents. Malgré de nombreuses difficultés, les résultats finaux ont été positifs, ce qui a sans aucun doute permis aux Polonais de nourrir l’espoir d’un meilleur « demain ».
