Mistagogia przekazania insygniów w świetle Obrzędów święceń biskupa, prezbiterów i diakonów z 1999 roku

Artykuł ma na celu wyjaśnienie znaczenia i przedstawienie teologii wynikającej z obrzędów nadawania insygniów według Obrzędów święceń biskupów, prezbiterów i diakonów z 1990 roku. Analiza historii ewolucji tych ceremonii pozwoliła autorowi ukazać, że nałożenie pierścienia jest znakiem wzywającym biskupa do wierności Kościołowi i troski o czystość jego nauki. Nadanie paliusza ma na celu ujawnienie związku biskupa ze Stolicą Apostolską i zachęcanie go do odwagi w sprawowaniu urzędu. Rytuał i formuła używane podczas nadawania mitry wskazują na obowiązek dążenia do jedności z Jezusem, a co za tym idzie, rozwijania siebie poprzez praktykowanie cnót. Nadanie pastorału ujawnia pasterską rolę posługi biskupiej oraz obowiązek czuwania i prowadzenia Kościoła. Metoda zastosowana w tym badaniu jest mistagogiczna.

Mystagogy of conferring the insignia according to The Rites of the Ordination of Bishops, Presbyters and Deacons of 1990

This article aims to explain the meaning and present the theology resulting from the rites of conferring the insignia according to The Rites of the Ordination of Bishops, Presbyters, and Deacons of 1990. The analysis of the history of the evolution of these ceremonies allowed the author to show that putting on a ring is a sign calling upon the bishop to be faithful to the Church and to care for the purity of its teaching. Giving the pallium aims at revealing the connection of the bishop with the Holy See and encouraging him to be courageous in holding office. The rite and formula used during bestowing the mitre point to the obligation to strive for union with Jesus, and consequently to develop oneself by practicing virtues. Conferring the crosier reveals the pastoral role of the bishop’s ministry and the obligation to watch and guide the Church. The method applied in this study is a mystagogic one.

Mystagogie de la conférérence des insignes selon les Rites de l’ordination des évêques, prêtres et diacres de 1990

Cet article vise à expliquer la signification et à présenter la théologie résultant des rites de conférérence des insignes selon les Rites de l’ordination des évêques, prêtres et diacres de 1990. L’analyse de l’histoire de l’évolution de ces cérémonies a permis à l’auteur de montrer que le port de l’anneau est un signe appelant l’évêque à être fidèle à l’Église et à veiller à la pureté de son enseignement. Le don du pallium vise à révéler la connexion de l’évêque avec le Saint-Siège et à l’encourager à être courageux dans l’exercice de ses fonctions. Le rite et la formule utilisés lors de la remise de la mitre indiquent l’obligation de rechercher l’union avec Jésus, et par conséquent de se développer en pratiquant les vertus. La conférérence de la crosse révèle le rôle pastoral du ministère de l’évêque et l’obligation de surveiller et de guider l’Église. La méthode appliquée dans cette étude est mystagogique.
