Fundacja mszalna pamięci ks. Stanisława Nyrkowskiego

Jedną z praktyk pobożnych, która rozwijała się w Kościele przez wieki, były fundacje kościelne. W swej istocie były to umowy dwustronne, w których fundator przekazywał określoną własność na określony cel, jednocześnie wskazując, w jaki sposób należy zarządzać tą własnością. W większości przypadków fundacje były związane z pobożnymi zapisami w testamentach i dotyczyły odprawiania Mszy św. za zmarłych. Jedną z takich fundacji była fundacja Mszy św. związana z osobą ks. Stanisława Nyrkowskiego. Urodził się on w Leżajsku w 1853 roku. W 1875 roku został wyświęcony na kapłana. Od 1884 roku był proboszczem w Stobiernie, a od 1897 roku w Sokołowie, gdzie zmarł 26 stycznia 1898 roku. Kapłani zgromadzeni na ceremonii pogrzebowej podjęli inicjatywę utworzenia tzw. wieczystej fundacji Mszy św. za duszę zmarłego. W tym celu wpłacono kwotę 200 koron. Wśród darczyńców znaleźli się 21 księży z dekanatów: Głogów, Leżajsk, Rudnik i Rzeszów, współkapłan z Sokołowa oraz jeden z Kolbuszowej, ówczesnej Diecezji Tarnowskiej. Ponadto pięciu świeckich i Małe Siostry Służebnice z Jasionki złożyło pewne darowizny. Wniosek o zatwierdzenie fundacji Mszy św. za ks. Stanisława Nyrkowskiego został złożony do Konsystorza Biskupów w Przemyślu 20 października 1900 roku. Został zatwierdzony przez Biskupa Przemyskiego Józefa Sebastiana Pelczara 20 maja 1901 roku.

Foundation of the Mass for remembrance of Rev. Stanisław Nyrkowski

One of the pious practices that has developed in the Church over the centuries was the church foundations. In their essence they were bilateral contracts in which the founder donated a certain property for a specific purpose, and at the same time he showed how to administer that property. In most cases foundations were associated with pious bequests in wills and they concerned celebrating the Holy Mass for the deceased. One of such foundations was the foundation of the Mass connected with the person of Rev. Stanisław Nyrkowski. He was born in Leżajsk in 1853. In 1875 he was ordained a priest. From 1884, he was a parish priest in Stobierna, and from 1897 in Sokołów, where he died on 26 January, 1898. The priests who gathered at the funeral ceremony took the initiative to create so-called perpetual foundation of the Mass for the soul of the deceased. The amount of 200 K. was deposited for that purpose. The donors included 21 priests from the deaneries: Głogów, Leżajsk, Rudnik and Rzeszów, a fellow priest from Sokołów and one from Kolbuszowa, the then Diocese of Tarnów. In addition, five laypeople and the Little Servant Sisters from Jasionka made some donations. The request for approval of the foundation of the Mass for Rev. Stanisław Nyrkowski was submitted to the Consistory of Bishops in Przemyśl on 20 October, 1900. It was approved by the Bishop of Przemyśl Józef Sebastian Pelczar on 20 May, 1901.

L’une des pratiques pieuses développées dans l’Église au fil des siècles fut celle des fondations ecclésiastiques. Par principe, il s’agissait de contrats bilatéraux, où le fondateur donnait un bien déterminé à une intention précise, tout en définissant la gestion de ce bien. La plupart du temps, ces fondations étaient liées à des legs pieux figurant dans les testaments, et visaient la célébration de messes pour les âmes des défunts.

Une telle fondation fut établie à la mémoire du révérend Stanisław Nyrkowski. Né à Leżajsk en 1853, il fut ordonné prêtre en 1875. À partir de 1884, il exerça comme curé à Stobierna, puis, dès 1897, à Sokołów, où il mourut le 26 janvier 1898.

À l’occasion de ses funérailles, un groupe de prêtres présents prit l’initiative d’établir une fondation perpétuelle de la messe pour le repos de son âme. Une somme de 200 K fut déposée à cette intention. Parmi les donateurs figuraient vingt-et-un prêtres issus des doyennés de Głogów, Leżajsk, Rudnik et Rzeszów, un confrère de Sokołów et un prêtre de Kolbuszowa (à l’époque, dans le diocèse de Tarnów). Cinq laïcs ainsi que les Petites Sœurs Servantes de Jasionka participèrent également à la collecte.
