Osiek Jasielski to malownicza wieś na Podkarpaciu. Jej początki sięgają przełomu XIII i XIV wieku. Parafia została założona w drugiej połowie XIV wieku na podstawie fundacji króla Kazimierza III Wielkiego. Historia wsi i parafii często stała się przedmiotem zainteresowania naukowców. Artykuł przedstawia historiografię Osieka Jasielskiego oraz tytuły najważniejszych prac, które zawierały różnorodne informacje na jego temat. Obecny stan badań nad historią wsi jest satysfakcjonujący. Należy jednak zauważyć, że dopiero niedawno gruntowne badanie jej historii stało się przedmiotem badań. Kolejne inicjatywy wydawnicze uzupełnią i zróżnicują obecny zbiór publikacji.

Historiography of Osiek Jasielski

Osiek Jasielski is a picturesque village in Podkarpacie. Its origins date back to the turn of the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries. The parish was established in the second half of the fourteenth century on the basis of the foundation of King Kazimierz III the Great. The history of the village and the parish often became a subject of interest of scholars. The article presents the historiography of Osiek Jasielski and the titles of the most important works, which included a variety of information about it. The current state of the research on the history of the village is satisfactory. It should be noted, however, that it was not until recently that a thorough study of its history became the subject of the research. Any subsequent publishing initiatives will supplement and add variety to the current collection of publications.

Osiek Jasielski est un village pittoresque de Podkarpacie. Ses origines remontent au tournant des XIIIe et XIVe siècles. La paroisse a été établie dans la seconde moitié du XIVe siècle sur la base de la fondation du roi Kazimierz III le Grand. L’histoire du village et de la paroisse est souvent devenue un sujet d’intérêt pour les chercheurs. L’article présente l’historiographie d’Osiek Jasielski et les titres des travaux les plus importants, qui comprenaient une variété d’informations à son sujet. L’état actuel de la recherche sur l’histoire du village est satisfaisant.
