Z drzewem w herbie. Projekt herbu Osieka Jasielskiego na tle polskiej heraldyki samorządowej

Zgodnie z zaleceniami Komisji Heraldycznej działającej przy Ministerstwie Administracji i Cyfryzacji, nowe herby miejskie wprowadzane do przestrzeni publicznej, na mocy uchwał samorządów lokalnych, powinny być wzorowane na starych lokalnych znakach odciskanych na starożytnych pieczęciach. Dlatego, szukając najbardziej odpowiedniego modelu herbu Osieka Jasielskiego, należy wziąć pod uwagę starą pieczęć miejską z 1554 roku; przedstawia ona drzewo z wyciętymi gałęziami i dwoma krzewami po bokach. Ten motyw dokumentuje pracę pierwszych osadników, którzy zajmowali się wycinką lasu, przygotowaniem terenu pod budowę miasta. Temat krzyża łacińskiego mógłby być towarzyszony monogramem króla Kazimierza Wielkiego, założyciela wsi lub monogramem króla Zygmunta II Augusta, który obdarzył mieszkańców wieloma przywilejami. Alternatywnie, emblemat Szreniawa z herbu Stadnickich mógłby być wprowadzony, ponieważ członkowie tej rodziny byli dziedzicznymi dzierżawcami Osieka. Taki herb heraldyczny spełniłby wszystkie funkcje przypisane herbowi władzy lokalnej jako znak tożsamości lokalnej społeczności.

e review of municipal and district coats of arms demonstrated that looking for the mark which would identify the local authority of the community of Osiek Jasielski, the best solution would be the mark on the oldest seal completed with the theme referring to the original name of the local church, which aer the erection of the parish in 1375 was dedicated to the Holy Cross. e theme of the Latin cross could be accompanied by the monogram of King Kazimierz the Great, the founder of the village or the monogram of King Zygmunt II August, who gave residents many privileges. Alternatively, the emblem Szreniawa from the coat of arms of the Stadnickis could be introduced, as the members of that family were hereditary lessees of Osiek. Such a heraldic emblem would fulfil all the functions assigned to the coat of arms of the local authority as signs of the identity of the local community.

Un tel emblème héraldique remplirait toutes les fonctions assignées aux armoiries de l’autorité locale en tant que signes de l’identité de la communauté locale.
