The significance of the liturgical texts in honour of Blessed Rev. Władysław Findysz

The article includes the analysis of the liturgical texts on the feast day of Blessed Rev. Władysław Findysz. The aim of the article is to understand these texts in the theological perspective of the martyrdom concept. There are also references to canonical regulations regarding the essence of the liturgy and the cult of saints, as well as to the history of the development of various forms of worshipping martyrs. The study has shown a close relationship between the faith of the Church in the redemptive dimension of the passion, death, resurrection of Christ and the martyr’s death of His followers.
