Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone jest dziejom wsi Kolbuszowa Górna. Składa się z trzech części.

W pierwszej przedstawiono proces wyodrębnienia się tej wsi z terytorium Kolbuszowej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tych uwarunkowań, które miały istotny wpływ na jego przebieg.

W drugiej części zaprezentowano kolejnych właścicieli tej miejscowości.

W trzeciej, najobszerniejszej części opisano dawne społeczeństwo Kolbuszowej Górnej. Przedstawiono podziały stanowe, narodowościowe, religijne, zawodowe i te wynikające z pozycji majątkowej. Ukazano także relacje między rodzinami należącymi do różnych grup społecznych oraz z mieszkańcami innych miejscowości. Zasygnalizowano sprawy dotyczące nazwisk i imion, jakimi byli określani mieszkańcy tej wsi, a także te odnoszące się do takich zjawisk jak emigracja, opieka zdrowotna i oświata.

This study focuses on the history of the Kolbuszowa Górna village. It consists of three parts.

The first part describes the process of separation of this village from the territory of Kolbuszowa, with particular emphasis on those factors which had a significant influence on this process.

The second part presents the owners of this village.

The third and most extensive part examines the former population of Kolbuszowa Górna. It presents state, national, religious, professional, and property divisions. It also shows the relations between the families of various social groups, as well as the relations with the residents of other towns.

In addition, the article looks at surnames and first names common in this village and discusses such phenomena as emigration, health care, and education.
